Managed Security – for telecom equipment and security are ensured support and management services:
- Monitoring equipment within normal parameters;
- Equipment configuration on request;

- Proactive interventions and maintenance;

Managed Infrastructure – support and maintenance services for IT equipment. Star Storage with this own team and partners network provides maintenance services for hardware equipment.

- Installation and configuration services of equipment;
- Upgrades.
Platform upgrade and application migration – for business applications installed on operating systems that do not include vendor support (eg: Migration from Windows Sever 2003)
- Analysis of the applications running on existing systems;
- Application classification based on their type, importance and complexity;
- Preparing the environment where data will migrate;
- Migrating applications as planned.
