Salesforce Active Archiving and Content Offloading

SEAL is a unified enterprise archiving platform that stores unstructured content and related metadata in a single, consolidated repository. SEAL helps enterprise customers having multiple software systems to keep all the corporate records in one integrated repository, offloading transactional applications of unstructured content burden.

SEAL Content Library Connector for Salesforce enables storing and listing documents directly in a Salesforce record context (page). The connector is developed using Salesforce native APEX technology. It includes a Salesforce canvas application, embeddable in any record type that supports layouts (for example Accounts, Cases and Opportunities).

• Content can be classified using any metadata schema defined in SEAL, having Salesforce Object ID metadata
• Users can enrich Salesforce with valuable custom metadata values
• Documents (content and metadata) will be accessible from Salesforce user interface, while all content will be stored in SEAL (at the same time the content and metadata can be used from SEAL interface as part of other business processes)
