Star Storage has Achieved Tier 1 Direct Partner Status in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program
Star Storage one of the most powerful provider for storage, archiving and information management solutions for public and private organizations in Romania, has become, starting from January 2016, Direct Partner Tier 1 within Cloud Solution Provider(CSP) program, globally developed by Microsoft.
Customer benefits
Leveraging Microsoft CSP program, Star Storage will provide to its customers unique IT services adressing real challenges, through development of end-to-end solutions including the benefits of using Star Storage own products like StarCapture, StarCapture Mobile, SEAL, Assisto Contracts and Status. Customers will benefit further from accessing implementation and migration services, software customization or custom application developing, maintenance, support and specialized trainings for dedicated staff.
Based on rigorous criteria
Obtaining this status was based on the fulfillment of rigorous criteria:
- Owning a proprietary portfolio of business software solutions, complementary to Microsoft application and platforms that enable building end-to-end integrated business solutions delivering real value for major clients, both horizontal (such as contract management, enterprise unified archive, mobile sales force/new customer enrollment) and specific needs of vertical business (healthcare, utilities, banking, retail, insurance etc.);
- The ability to provide managed services and applications/turnkey solutions that run on Microsoft technologies directly to the end customer;
- Large material and human resources capabilities, a complex infrastructure and established business processes enabling delivery of end-to-end support for both Microsoft services as well as for the turnkey solutions offered by Star Storage;
- A working system for billing directly to the customer;
- The ability to develop and deliver turnkey packages to clients that solve real needs and invest constantly in new capabilities.
