StarCapture Anywhere is an innovative solution developed to streamline digital interaction with customers, aligned with the current digital transformation, mobility and collaboration trends adopted by leading companies around the world. StarCapture Anywhere substantially reduces the cost of customer engagement regardless of their location. User experience and customer satisfaction is improved by implementing modern digital interaction scenarios, collecting data using automated extraction from identity documents and automatically generating documents by use of templates.

This solution allows deployment of end-to-end digital workflows with the possibility of applying a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) or an advanced electronic signature (such as biometric signature).

Through the new web client, enrollment processes may be initiated (eg. credit applications, opening debit cards and associated accounts, contract renewals, adhesion forms, etc.) including the application of a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) compliant with national legislation and European regulations, without the need to download a dedicated application. This may be done directly from a web browser. The app is built for self-service, which means it can be used from home, office or from anywhere users have access to internet, with zero intervention needed from the company’s employees with whom the client is about to sign a contract.
