Star Storage, Romanian top provider for storage, archiving and information management solutions, IT Outsourcing and Cloud services, announces the launch ofStarHive Secure Office – a complete service for collection and secure destruction of documents in accordance with the law in force, which help organizations to significantly reduce negative exposure and risks associated with inadequate data protection it is no longer use.

StarHive Secure Office from Star Storage is a complete service through which provide, in a secure manner and in accordance with the legislation in force, the collection of paper documents directly from the customer’s premises and their destruction in a controlled environment. Thus, the user can be sure that the data which are no longer used remain confidential and that no unauthorized person from inside or outside the organization will not have access to them to use it for different injurious purposes.

The process of paper documents collection and destruction is extremely simple, following a predetermined flow, with traceability in time.

Waste on paper support are deposited by the client in a sealed and serially connected container provided by Star Storage.

Collection containers are of various sizes, equipped with self-destructive seals and in series connected with unique identifiers, so customers can choose the size of the box depending on the paper volume which is estimated that it will take over one month and also able to track entire stream of the collection and destruction of documents leaving the company.

After filling, the container is sent to the Star Storage headquarters, where documents destruction process takes place in accordance with the law in force.

The customer has the possibility to view the entire flow record of documents destruction since the entry of containers in Star Storage headquarters and until their destruction.
