Star Storage receives the “Best Cloud Project in Central & Eastern Europe” Award
Star Storage, Romanian leading provider of storage solutions, storage and management of information (data and documents), outsourcing and cloud services, received the “Best Cloud Project in Central & Eastern Europe” Award, at the event held in Vienna in October of this year by Hitachi, the world leader in storage solutions and services.
The event was attended by over 30 major international companies – all partners of Hitachi in Central and Eastern Europe. Of these, only five companies have gone home with a prize, Star Storage being the only Romanian company awarded at the event for “Cloud Computing – M-Cloud” solution implemented in phase 1 by the Government of the Republic of Moldova.
“This award signifies international recognition of innovative projects built by Star Storage together with its partners, in this case with the Government Center in the Republic of Moldova, and for that we feel honored. Have been nominated several companies, but we have differentiated by creating a large and complex Cloud project, a unique and innovative architectural concept in which many components have been used mainly supplied by Hitachi edge.
